This month, Let’s Day Out members enjoyed the art of pasta making from premier chefs, Charlotte and Claire, at the Enrica Rocca Cooking School in Notting Hill.
We learned the art of crafting ravioli, pappadelle, and tagliatelle from scratch. And of course, there was plenty of prosecco involved.
This mouth-watering class hosted the likes of London’s top food bloggers and influencers, such as Yan from @BrunchIsServed — an Instagram page dedicated to the culinary arts and adventures that always seem to follow.
Yan told us: “It was such a great experience and I had a real sense of accomplishment from the start; from rolling out my dough to peeling the capsicum, and serving it out for all 6 guests to try.”
She added: “I am so happy to say I can check off “cooking class” off my bucket list, and I couldn’t think of a better first time than with the Enrica Rocca Cookery School!”
All the produce that chefs Charlotte and Claire use is locally sourced in Portobello, one of London’s most famous markets.
